No lecture no tutorial!

Assalamualaikum… J
No tutorial no lecture??! So, what should I story…. I don’t know. ….. ermm.
However, its replace with on9 forum J
Herm. Actually, since I want to answer this. I would like to go c-fest for forum by Fatimah Syarha. Ops! Nop. Fatimah syarha can’t attend and replace by hilal ashraf.. huhu.
 However,I have to answer this quickly with haswani hainuddin. Thanks for your help.  (Rushing). :p

Dear students...
Discuss how a corporate culture can assist in executing strategies in an organization. if you are one of the top managers, what kind od values that you would like to inculcate in your organization?

My answer: J
Bismillahirahmanirahim.. =) In my opinion, a corporate culture that been implemented in an organization could affect the behavior of the employees. The corporate culture could shape the way the organization organize their strategy as it is the main part of the organization If the organization are concerning to the idea from the employees, one big discussion should be held. The strategy could be structured by having an open discussion with all employees. From the discussion, the strategy gain would just suit with all of the employee’s preferences. Then, the strategy could be well executed. If I am destined to be a manager, I will implement the Islamic value into my organization because Islam is the perfect religion. Besides, the value exist in an employees could motivated themselves to be more productive towards their job. They would also be more committed to their job and performs well. Then, I will nurture the value of teamwork within the employees as that will make the work environment better. Other than that, the most important thing is the value of honest regarding the job that should be practice by all of the employees. By practicing the honest to their job, all of the work will be easier to the whole organization. that's all from me, thank you..
